Valerie Hunt has spent over twenty years coaching runners of all ages and fitness levels. She wrote the 3-2-1Run so she could be available for anyone ready to start running, get back to running or improve their current running.
3-2-1Run takes you step-by-step through the learning process where you will also increase your balance, coordination, and awareness. You will also see gains in endurance, speed and strength.
You can progress at your own pace, practice at your convenience and there is no running experience required! The best part is that Valerie is available for extra coaching and support and provides ongoing education along the way!
