5 Weeks to 5K
This is a 5-week training program designed by Valerie Hunt. The workouts consist of two days of interval training which allows you to work on speed and cardio without breaking down your body.
The third day of each week includes your longer runs. As you progress, you will find that you have the ability to hold a strong 5k pace for much longer than you previously could.
The idea is to learn to run properly, but more so, to learn to enjoy the gift of running.
The purchase of this program comes with a 10-week subscription to the LHRL app which allows you to communicate with Valerie as well as track your progress. You can link the app with MyFitnessPal and other popular fitness apps.
