Lift Heavy Run Long 3 Month Deadlift Program + Coach Check In
This is a program designed to help you increase your Deadlift strength. This is a 3 month program (3 Days per week) that you can do in addition to your regular training whether it's Running, CrossFit or something else.
Along with the program, this program comes with the option of unlimited email questions and communication with a coach (Von), and 3 check in Skype or Google calls.
